Here at VMO2 we are currently on the lookout for an Anaplan Framework designer to join us a on a 12 month Fixed Term contract! the selected candidate will be responsible for;

  • Defining the dimensions and forecast logic for models as part of the framework design
  • Defining the data requirements and agreeing with data teams whether new data needs to be created to deliver Anaplan enhancements
  • Working closely with Product Owners to understand priorities and business context, to help develop use cases for Anaplan models
  • Work collaboratively to ensure Anaplan model design meets holistic needs of the business across Planning and Performance Management
  • Contributing towards the development of a driver-based approach in Anaplan with consistent and logical cohort dimensions across all the models
  • Ensuring the data requirements are being prioritised to support the build activities; where data doesn’t exist, defining a clear process to ensure it is created and usable for Anaplan

The must haves

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven track record of successfully driving digital transformation at pace in cross-functional environment
  • Strong forecast modelling skills with 2-3yrs experience crafting and building driver-based planning and forecasting models in Anaplan, ideally with volume/revenue focus
  • Proven skills steering Anaplan model architecture for new models and enhancements to existing models, designed and integrated in an optimal manner
  • A proven track record in presenting analysis and design options to senior stakeholders to guide business decisions

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Ability to lead, motivate and empower individuals within cross-functional squads to develop and deliver solutions that unlock business value
  • Experience in promoting and maximising the value of agile ways of working
  • Preferred: completed Anaplan Model Builder L1-3
