Working with the Head of MAE Governance. This specific role provides vision, direction and support to key capabilities and toolsets used for Reporting, Automation and Optimisation activities within Radio. The role will require in-depth experience and expertise to deploy new functionalities and develop our capability so VMO2 can get nearer to our “zero touch” RAN network ambition.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience
  • SME level knowledge and detailed understanding of RAN Automation platforms and proven track-record for delivery of capabilities.
  • A detailed understanding of Radio Access Networks, the associated components, and the key functions they perform.
  • Detailed knowledge of Performance Management systems, KPIs and RAN systems.
  • A good understanding of project delivery processes – including Agile.
  •  An in depth understanding of reporting data flows for Performance Reporting between internal and external stakeholders.

  • A good understanding of incident and change processes.
  • The ability to analyse and resolve complex technical problems.
