As a Resource Planning Manager you'll lead and manage a team of Resource Planners to ensure our Residential and SoHo Customers receive appointment choice within SLA for all Fault and Installation visits whilst delivering optimum utilisation and productivity of the Field Based Workforce.

Ensuring we have the right resource, in the right place at the right time, and being Responsible for the medium & short range planning of residential field operations.

Leading and developing a team of people responsible for the update and management of field capacity and customer appointment availability.

The must haves
  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • Have Workforce management Planning Experience in Field, Call Centre or a Sales environment
  • Analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience handling multiple Stakeholders

  • A Creative Thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively, prioritising tasks in line with required deadlines
  • Excellent attention-to-detail to ensure plans and communications are accurate and clear
  • Creative and innovative in designing the content of reports to meet the needs of customers.
