Working as part of the Rewards team, the Reward Analyst will ensure all reward drivers and principles are in place to actively support what the team needs to deliver! This would include:-

  • Conducting detailed and complex analysis and modelling of data on reward related topics.
  • Detailed evaluation of job sizing using the Willis Towers Watson Methodology
  • Maintaining the Reward and Job family framework to support the business with organisational design.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Ability to model, manipulate and analyse numerical and statistical data
  • Demonstrable experience of Excel, PowerPoint, including the ability to build formulas, use V-Lookups and Pivot tables
  • Proven experience within a rewards role, with an understanding of WTW methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Knowledge of Radford market data and evaluation system
