PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN OUR NETWORK PERFORMANCE Our Network Performance teams are the ones responsible for reviewing how our network runs, understanding faults and making changes to avoid them. Grow your potential as a Technical Administrator and join them in reviewing aspects on unavailability whilst earning £27,000! Make things happen As an apprentice, you’ll get involved in areas all across the department, gaining an understanding of Network Performance as a whole. You could be getting involved in change requests, managing relationships with key partners, or identifying and investigating poor network management. By the end, you’ll be able to identify your most interesting areas and spend more time growing your knowledge in those. Day-to-day, you could be: *Ensuring faults, change and monitoring responsibilities are discharged in line with specified procedures, targets and measures. *Identifying ongoing issues or blockers that prevent us from achieving targets and collaborating on initiatives to address these. *Producing and building reports to later share with senior management on targets, change requests, demands and more.

You’ll be joining a constantly evolving team that change with the mobile network. We’re just getting into the world of 5G, with even more generation guaranteed to come in the future. This role will see new skills and new experiences regularly. During the scheme, you’ll also work towards a level 3 business administration apprenticeship. We’ll offer a starting salary of £27,000 with the opportunity to increase this to £30,000 at 12-months. Upon successful completion of the scheme, salaries start from £36,000.
