You’ll be the subject matter expert for recruiting operations topics, which includes monitoring and reviewing our processes to ensure we are operating effectively and are compliant with topics such as Right to Work, GDPR and Data Protection. You’ll own our company visa sponsorship process, managing new starters through the process, as well as employee visa renewals. Don't worry if you aren't familiar with this as full training will be offered.
Experience within a Talent Acquisition environment, and general administration experience is a bonus. Alongside the TA Manager, you’ll also get the opportunity to support any special projects the team deliver.
Experience of delivering high quality outcomes with target milestones and completion dates in a time sensitive environment
Track record of delivering or demonstrated potential for becoming, a subject matter expert in the field of process improvement, audit and compliance
Strong excel skills, including familiarity with lookups, pivot tables and ideally creating formulas
Excellent administration experience and demonstrable time management
Strong knowledge of GDPR, Audit and compliance accreditations and standards
Knowledge of current UK Right to Work legislation and ideally the Tier 2 company sponsored visa process
System support experience, ideally with Oracle Fusion and Avature
