The Strategy, Transformation and People Product Team are looking to hire a Senior Transformation Manager to join their growing team. This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of our iconic people products and people plan, with lots of great exposure to senior leaders across the P&T function. This role is a combination of the strategist and the senior program/project portfolio manager profiles.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the provision of program management expertise which supports the achievement of business strategy. You will look beyond existing tools and methodologies to define and resolve sophisticated issues, typically delivering several unrelated projects differing in complexity.

Working as a multi-discipled team you will identify risks and opportunities to strategic activities, manage internal and external resources applying a consistent project management methodology and keep track of team and organisational blockers and gaps in knowledge.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience within a consultancy settling, with knowledge of leading programmes and transformation.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile/Lean/Waterfall techniques e.g., value stream mapping, feature mapping.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a HR transformation environment and implementing projects.
  • Experience of presenting and communicating complex ideas clearly through both oral and written communication.

  • A desire to maintain in-depth knowledge of industry movements and be seen as a market expert.
  • Ability to acts as a thought partner (not just service provider or influencer) to senior collaborators .
