Senior Finance Data Manager

VMO2’s Accelerate Programme is moving our Fixed/Converged (FMCT) and PAYG capability to a new Netcracker billing system.

As this new data is pushed to the Finance Data Product (FDP) we will need a new Senior Finance Data Manager to handle the e2e requirements of Finance for FMCT and PAYG data.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Ability to influence/challenge major programmes
• Ability to lead change and growth. Someone who can challenge the business team to ensure we’re being forward thinking and using the best solutions available
• Senior stakeholder management skills - able to craft and influence approach at all levels via clear and concise communication
• Experience of E2E delivery of change - Requirements, Design, Delivery, Implement, Test, Business Adoption. Proven record in formulating and driving workable solutions f
• Solid understanding of data, ideally with hands on experience of data management

Key responsibilities include;

• Manage a wide indirect team, which includes; Finance/Business users, Internal data teams, Project teams and 3rd Party suppliers (Accenture, Netcracker)
• Expand the remit of the Finance Data team to support the whole of Finance across fixed and mobile.
• Understand the need to drive converged reporting and data models, challenge what Finance think they need. Break down ways of working with data
• Make change happen and champion the outstanding outcomes needed for the Business.
