Salary £40,000 plus £20,000O OTC Uncapped Plus Business Needs Vehicle or Allowance

The Role will be covering the South Coast, South West, South Wales and Hemel Hempstead Regions.

As a Senior FSM you'll be Working in the field to recruit, lead, coach and manage a team of Field Sales Managers and Advisors to achieve and exceed pre-defined residential sales targets and other KPIs selling Virgin Media products to residential customers.

Taking responsibility for Tactical Management changes to drive performance through Field Sales Managers, driving Field Sales Managers to deliver Key Performance indicators and Business objectives, and developing them through training and adoption of new Management techniques and methodology

The must haves
  • Experience managing a team and/or multiple teams
  • Previous sales experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
