This is a 12-Month FTC
Working as a Partner Operations Transition Lead role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the seamless transition from design to project implementation. This role involves coordinating with various departments, stakeholders, and Partners to ensure operational readiness, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
As a Partner Operations Lead, you will have have strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of operational processes. The role will also get involved business as usual operational tasks as and when required to support the teams with fixed and mobile.

- Experience of management or supervising in a contact centre environment
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of operational processes
- Time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong diplomacy and influencing skills
You will be carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans for new projects and operational changes
- Coordinate with project managers, operational teams, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the transition are covered
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition
- Collect and analyse data related to the transition process to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track the progress of the transition.
