We are looking for a HR Change Specialist to join Virgin Media O2 on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, supporting our HR change programmes 

Support the Change Partner with planning for and delivery of change initiatives across the business from an employee relations (ER) perspective, and maintain detailed records of change management activities, including plans, timelines, and progress reports.  

Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding questions and concerns related to change initiatives, and respond promptly to queries, providing clear and concise information to help our employees understand the changes and how they will be affected.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience; 

  • Experience in change management within a People team with a good understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.  
  • Experience supporting change programmes involving representatives/ forums and trade unions.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  
The other stuff we are looking for
  • Working towards CIPD membership and qualified (or equivalent business qualification)
