Play a key role in the Digital Commercial Team – Delivering return on investment & Innovation at Speed.

We are looking for a Digital Execution/strategy Manager with a clear and methodical approach to project delivery and goals and milestones tracking. This role presents a unique opportunity to join the VMO2 digital team and play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of our strategic direction.

Collaborating closely with the Senior Digital Strategy lead, you will be involved in running the Digital long-term strategy roadmap and ensuring accurate tracking and delivery of objectives and key results across all Digital Vertical teams. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to break down complex projects into manageable pieces, ensuring timely delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your expertise and experience to build impactful changes within the organisation. Additionally, you will play a meaningful role in aligning our digital strategy with broader business objectives, facilitating sustainable growth and success for VMO2.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

    • Experience working to break down larger projects into specific, measurable key results and experience with OKRs (Object and Key Results) or another similar framework
    • Skills in identifying cross-functional alignment and ensuring all teams are working toward the same overarching goals
    • Proficiency with data analysis tools and OKR reporting software  tools(e.g. Excel, Tableau, Workboard or something similar) so metrics can be tracked regularly
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate objectives and key results clearly across all levels of the organisation.
    • Being data-driven is crucial for measuring progress, identifying trends and making adjustments as needed.
    The other stuff we are looking for
    We'd also love you to bring;

    • Change management experience e.g. skills in creating training workshops to education and onboard teams to the OKR framework
    • Project management and Agile Methodology (e.g. Jira, Monday.com) and experience with sprints and iterations to complement OKR cycles
    • Familiar with digital specific OKRs relating to innovation and growth. Familiarity with KPIs and metrics that are particularly relevant to tech and digital environments.
    • Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration with a can-do and pragmatic mentality.
