The Business Manager will support the Chief of Staff in driving organisation, direction and effectiveness across CTO Leadership. The role will ensure effective governance and operating rhythm whilst driving continued improvements aligned to our corporate strategy. The individual will require the ability to build strong partnerships across the wider business and Shareholders. An eye for detail with the ability to think strategically are important for the Business Manager.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Capability to deliver E2E cross-functional projects at a high quality, having planned and taken into consideration wider business context that may influence outcome
- Building, lasting relationships at a senior level within VMO2 and at a shareholder level. Robust story telling partners on the journey.
- Highly proficient in creating PowerPoint documents that articulate a complex story clearly – content will need to be produced for EC and Shareholder meetings
- Extraordinarily strong judgement, decision making, time management and prioritisation - very organised and efficient, ability to multi-task many things at once
We'd also love you to bring;
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to manipulate sets of numbers to draw out simple conclusions
- Ability to work with integrity and discretion, treating all information with appropriate sensitivity
- Proficient in planning and critical thinking to define areas of further improvements across CTO
